The British are coming: Foreign election interference from UK's Labour Party in battleground states

By John Zambenini on Oct 24, 2024

In addition to activating a troubling and ambiguous “overseas vote,” Democrats have apparently dipped a toe into the foreign-election-influence waters, activating British Labour Party officials on the campaign trail.

In a classic case of telegraphing their own activities in projecting them onto Republicans, as of this month discredited media are still running Trump-Russia collusion disinformation. Yesterday, former Obama advisor Jim Messina accused Trump of trying to steal the election

Meanwhile, UK Labour is now involved in U.S. politics on behalf of Democrats. Unpopular British PM Keir Starmer, who has hastened Britain’s decline, has denied party members traveling on official business.

But a party member raising funds to send 100 volunteers to campaign on behalf of Kamala Harris in North Carolina, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Virginia raises grave questions about foreign election interference.

In a LinkedIn post that has since been deleted, Labour head of operations Sofia Patel rallied Labour members to campaign with her stateside.

Meanwhile, leaked documents show Starmer-linked groups actively working to suppress free speech in the United States, coming after Elon Musk’s X. Leaked plans show attacking the free speech platform with regulatory action in the UK and the United States and coordinating attacks on X’s advertisers.

Starmer has otherwise betrayed his authoritarian tendencies on forcing acceptance of migrants and asylum seekers in the UK, COVID-19, and jailing protesters in the wake of the murder of three children by a migrant.

Now, Starmer’s Labour Party is apparently on the stump for Kamala Harris.

When Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. announced his endorsement of former President Donald Trump, he said the Democratic Party had become the “party of censorship and war.”

The Harris campaign’s friendships aren’t helping Democrats beat the allegations.
